We are a free medical and dental clinic serving uninsured and underinsured adults with compassionate, high-quality care.
We offer free medical and dental services, including chronic disease management, acute care, dental cleanings, fillings, extractions, dentures, lab work through Corewell Health, and prescription support through Proficient Rx at no cost to you.
Uninsured are people who don’t have any health insurance and must pay the full cost of care on their own.
Underinsured are people who have insurance, but it doesn’t cover enough of their medical needs — such as high deductibles, high co-pays, or limited services that still leave essential care unaffordable.Patients qualify based on age, insurance status, and income. Our team will verify eligibility during the intake process.
